William may have married an Elizabeth prior to his marriage with Ellinor. There is a death of an "Elizabeth Grinfield wife of William Grinfield" on 22/12/1671 at Marlborough
William and Ellinor's children were all baptised at St Peter and St Paul, Marlborough. Ellinor (William's wife) was buried on the same day that her daughter Elizabeth was baptised - she presumably died in childbirth.
William may have married Mary after Ellinor's death as there is a record of a Mary daughter of William Grenfield by Mary his wife at St Peter and St Paul on 04/09/1696. However there is also death of a William Grinfield snr in the Marlborough St Mary the Virgin Parish register for 29/04/1692 which conflicts with the above.
