No Tuplin families were found in Nottingham on the IGI before 1755. The only marriage of Thomas Tuplin to Ann at about the right date was that of Thomas Tupling to Ann Micels 10 Feb 1751 Keelby, Lincoln. No baptisms were found in Keelby on the IGI for children of Thomas Tupling and Ann.
