The Will of Walter Smith

In the Name of God Amen I Walter Smith of the Parish of Colerne in the County of Wilts yeoman Do Make My last Will and Testament in Maner and form following.
Imprs I Give Devise and bequeath to My son Francis all that mesuage wherein I now Dwelleth together with all the lands thereunto belonging together with the Lease where by they are to be holden.
I Give and bequeath to My son Giles, all that wood called Lacys Copice together with the Lease where by it is holden and the Sum of five pounds in Money to be paid to his Son James at the age of twenty one years.
I Give and bequeath to My two Daughters Elizabeth and Mary the Sum of twenty Shillings a pice.
I Give and bequeath to William Smith Son of the aforesd Francis Smith My large Bellmetle Pott and two Stone troughs, or cesterns.
I Give and bequeath to all My Daughter Elizabeths Children the Sum of five Shillings a pice.
I Give and bequeath to My Daughter Marys two Sons viz: David and William Tanner the Sum of ten pounds a pice to be paid at the age of ten years or to carry Interest.
All the rest and residue of My Goods & Chattels Not before Given bequeathed or devised I Give Devise and bequeath to My Son Thomas Smith and also appoints him sole Executor as Witness My Hand and Seal this twentyeth Day of April 1749
