Thomas, baptised 31/10/1833, was buried in Hay 12/06/1834 age 8 months (Parish Records).
The birth certificate of Thomas Prosser 21/12/1840 gives his mother Margaret's maiden name as Griffiths and his father William's occupation is given as 'Labourer'. It is interesting to note that on the 1841 census William and Margaret are living on the outskirts of Hay very close to Cusop where they were married.
Margaret's death is recorded at Hay in Q1 of 1870 ref vol 11b Pg 116. Her age is given as 74. There are several deaths recorded for William Prossers in Hay between 1841 and 1851. Possible dates are Q41842, Q3 1843, Q1 1845 and Q2 1848.
